How The Contracts is Formed Between You And Us
a) The products advertised on the Web Site are intended for sale to persons dealing with consumers and are not for resale.
b) The Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 shall not apply to any contract between us so that no contractual rights are conferred on third parties.
c) Any contract between us shall incorporate these terms and conditions and be under English law. If there is any dispute, the English Courts will have exclusive jurisdiction.
Description of Products
a) Each product purchased is sold subject to its Product Description. We have made every effort to reproduce colors on the Website as accurately as possible. However, different computers reproduce colors in slightly different ways, and so color matches are not yet possible over the internet.
b) The description and specification of products in the Web Site is only approximate and we reserve the right to make changes which do not materially affect the quality or performance of those products.
c) We may correct any error appearing on the Web Site or withdraw any product from sale without incurring liability. Price and availability are also subject to change without notice.
a) You may order products from the Web Site by submitting a completed order form through the check-out procedure.
b) We will confirm acceptance of your order by e-mail to the address you have given and the sending of this e-mail (whether or not it is received) makes the contract between us.
Price And Payment
a) These prices include all taxes but exclude delivery costs, which will be added to the total amount due once you have selected a delivery service from the available options as set out in Delivery Information.
b) Prices are liable to change at any time, but changes will not affect orders in respect of which we have already sent you a Dispatch Confirmation.
c) We cannot complete your order until you have paid for it in full. Payment can be made by most major credit or debit cards, Paypal and Stripe by completing the relevant details on the "Payment Details" page.In addition to the price, you will have to pay our delivery charges as quoted on the Web Site at the time we accept your order - unless you qualify for free delivery. The amount of these charges varies according to the method of delivery and the delivery address you specify in your order.
d) By using a credit/debit card or Paypal to pay for your order, you confirm that the card/account being used is yours. All credit/debit card/Paypal account holders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. If the issuer of your card refuses to authorize payment we will not accept your order and we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery and we are not obliged to inform you of the reason for the refusal. We are not responsible for your card issuer or bank charging you as a result of our processing of your credit/debit card/Paypal payment in accordance with your order.
e) Our Site contains a large number of Products and it is always possible that, despite our best efforts, some of the Products listed on our Site may be incorrectly priced. We will rectify any such errors as soon as possible once we become aware of them. If a Product's correct price is different from the price stated on our Site, we will normally, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before dispatching the Product, or reject your order and notify you of such rejection.
a) We accept no liability for any loss which is not reasonably foreseeable or for any business loss (which includes loss of profits, contracts, goodwill, opportunity and other similar losses).
b) This does not include or limit in any way our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or our responsibility for fraudulent misrepresentation and any other liability that cannot, under English law, be excluded.
c) The seller is responsible for its own content on the website of its online stores. If possible with links to other websites, the seller is not responsible for the content contained in them. Uses foreign content that does not belong to them. If the seller finds out about illegal content on external websites, he will immediately block access to these websites.
